Texas Review Press wants to honor our authors who were named Honorable Mentions and Finalists for the 2022 Eric Hoffer Award.
The Eric Hoffer Book Award honors the memory of the great American philosopher Eric Hoffer by highlighting salient writing, as well as the independent spirit of small publishers. Since its inception, the Hoffer has become one of the largest international book awards for small, academic, and independent presses.
Tortillera, by Caridad Moro-Gronlier, was named a Finalist for the 2022 First Horizon Award and was named an Honorable Mention for the 2022 Eric Hoffer Grand Prize.
Tender the River, by Matt W. Miller, was named a Finalist for the 2022 Medal Provocateur Award and was named an Honorable Mention for the 2022 Eric Hoffer Grand Prize.
WARD, by Ryan Vine, was named a Category Finalist in Poetry for the 2022 Eric Hoffer Award.
